A Nice Sweet, Potatoey Buzz

I have to admit up front, I'm not the biggest sweet potato fan. I don't hate them, but when sweet potatoes are used as a replacement ingredient for a traditional potato (fries, mashed), I'm not overly impressed. The original is better. A sweet potato has a flavor contribution that can be used in a variety of ways that a regular potato cannot, so I was looking forward to seeing what these creative, internet savvy cooks could concoct. How to work in the coffee ups the ante. Do you go sweet, do you go savory? Brewed coffee, ground coffee? Let's find out.
